The Northwest Regional Primary Care Association Innovation Lab aims to ground participating teams in new frameworks and approaches to community well-being.
- Provide a forum for sharing promising practices across the participating teams
- Encourage intra- and inter-CHC implementation collaboration on select initiatives (and other co-development activities)
